inherits the passion for a simple life and for tastes of the past.

milk directly in the farm”.
Faithful to this philosophy, Barani’s family work respecting
nature, with allow to produce nourishment for breeding thanks to
soil and thanks also to the ancient technique of the rotation of
crops.
The Alessio Barani’s
breeding has been constantly grown, starting from a rural reality,
it has been organized thanks to modern breeding and nourish methods
in order to became the farm like now: “A
country farm which is based on the past, but is opened on the innovations”.
A very important roll
is leading by the selected raw materials, which are chosen for the
nourishment, adding to an efficient and modern milking system, in
respect to the hygiene
and the protection of the productive animals, as well as milk
conservation systems which guarantee a high quality product.
