The country farm is open
for guided
visits for little groups in to the dairy.
It’s possible to visit
the farm, breeding, laboratory, shop window
and to improve the knowledge of the transformation
from milk in to cheese.
There will be the owner explaining
and telling you the processes, the methods and all necessary to
obtain high quality products and certifications which are still
recognized.
It will be a pleasure to listen
their explanations which are so rich in passion and experience,
that will be inevitable to desire tasting
products, fresh and matured cheese, mozzarella,
ricotta with bruschetta (ndr. Toasted bread with garlic, olive oil
and salt) or others typical regional dishes, which allow you to
taste better these products.
The cheese
tasting can be organized for little and big groups, all over
the year; we suggest you to reserve in advance. A guided visit lasts
about one hour, during that visit you can also taste all products.
